Resizing, returns & exchanges

We want you to adore your design and are happy to work with you to create or find the perfect piece.

The first resizing of your design is free of charge (unless noted for a special design such as an eternity ring that has diamonds all the way around, then there is a special resizing fee.)

Returns or exchanges of any design needs to be requested within two weeks of receiving your piece. The return of any custom piece will require a 15% restocking fee.

I am happy to exchange any design for the perfect piece or for a credit towards a custom design.
